Erika Hughes Hooper
An educator for over 25 years, Erika has supported teachers and school leaders growing inclusive classroom practices since 2010. Formerly a Senior Staff Developer with the Teachers College Inclusive Classrooms Project, Erika works with New York City Public Schools, designing transformative professional learning experiences for educators. Her work is grounded in the beliefs that all students can learn and that teaching is deeply relational and intellectual work. Erika has extensive experience with accessible curriculum development and supporting collaborative teaching partnerships. She is co-author of Be the Architect of Your Inclusive Classroom.
Anne Palmer
With more than 25 years in education, Anne has extensive experience working with elementary and middle schools across all NYC boroughs. Her expertise includes supporting students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges. For over a decade, Anne has worked closely with paraprofessionals, teachers, and administrators to support complex students and create inclusive environments for learning.
